Mindspace Training Pty Ltd a is a provider of Mental Health Support services that enable organisations to measure, build and analyse the wellbeing and resilience of people. We operate as a data processor for our customers and handle only that Personal Information which our customers have asked us to process. Mindspace Training’s customers act as data controllers.


This Privacy Policy applies only to the transfer of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) received by Mindspace Training in any format whether through its hosted software, supplied directly by Mindspace Training’s customers or by employees or users of the hosted software anywhere in the world.

This Privacy Policy does not reflect the privacy practices of Mindspace Training’s customers and Mindspace Training is not responsible for and makes no guarantees regarding the privacy policies or practices of its customers. Mindspace Training does not review, comment upon or monitor its customers’ privacy policies or their compliance with their respective privacy policies, nor does Mindspace Training review its customers’ instructions to determine whether they are in compliance with or conflict with the terms of their published privacy policies.


“Personal Information” is information or an opinion that identifies you, or from which you can be identified:

  • whether the information or opinion is true or not; and
  • whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.

It may include, but is not limited to: your name, email address, physical address, title and/or other contact information.


As a visitor to our website: If you are just browsing our website and do not complete any online forms or contact us, we will not collect personal information from you that would enable us to identify you.

We may collect certain information about your computer such as your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by us for the provision of products and services and to maintain the quality of the website and to provide general statistics regarding use of our website. This applies to anyone using our website.

As a user of our software: If you have been invited to use our software, personal information (limited to your name and email address) has been provided to us by a third party (our customer).

The only information we collect directly from you is your answers to the psychometric questionnaires. Your use of the facilities and services available through our website will determine the amount and type of information we collect.


Any personal information received and/or collected by us will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may use your personal information to:

  • facilitate the gathering, measuring and analysis of psychometric data for our customers;
  • processing data into reports for our customers;
  • provide support services in connection with this site;
  • notify you of technical updates or changes in policies;
  • facilitate feedback relating to the site and services; and
  • notify you of opportunities we believe you may be interested in.

We also use aggregated and de-identified data to perform benchmarking, conduct research, and do analytics to better understand resilience and wellbeing in general.


We will not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your Personal Data to third parties except as provided in this Privacy Policy. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as race, religion, or political affiliations, without your explicit consent. We do not collect your credit card number or other financial data about you.

We may share data with trusted partners to assist us to provide our services to you. All of those third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services for us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

For invited users of our software: Unless explicitly stated, Personal Information, including answers to psychometric questionnaires and resulting scores will not be shared with the third party through whom you were invited to use our software (our customer). Where psychometric scores are shared with our customers, all information is aggregated and de-identified to protect your Personal Information.

For clients of practitioners: If you have received an invitation through a psychology clinician, counsellor, or coach (a ‘Practitioner’) with whom you are working directly, your scores will be shared with the Practitioner to aid in your sessions. Practitioners who have access to your reports have their own privacy policies for how they manage, store, disseminate and control your Personal Information. Please contact your Practitioner directly if you have any concerns about how they manage your Personal Information.

Legally Required Disclosure: We may disclose Personal Information when required by law or regulation or when we believe in good faith that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, comply with legal mandates, or to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Mindspace Training, its users and the public.


All of the Personal Information we collect is housed, stored and protected in data centres within Australia. We may employ third parties to perform data storage functions on our behalf. All of those third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.


Please note that by accessing the Mindspace Training website or software from outside of Australia, you are consenting to the transfer to and processing of Personal Information in Australia which may have different privacy laws to the jurisdiction in which you reside.


Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google servers in Australia. Google Analytics does not identify individual users or associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. We use reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand website traffic and webpage usage.


Mindspace Training will only use Personal Information in ways compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or authorised by our customers as set out in this policy.

Mindspace Training is committed to ensuring the security of the Personal Information that it processes. We have put into place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to maintain data accuracy, prevent unauthorised access or disclosure and ensure the appropriate use of your Personal Information, including data encryption, limited access and the de-identification of information.

Mindspace Training strives to protect the privacy of the Personal Information it processes, and inadvertent disclosure is unlikely. However, in the event of any inadvertent disclosure, Mindspace Training will take all commercially reasonable steps to limit and remedy the disclosure.


In most cases, when Mindspace Training collects Personal Information, it does so on behalf of another company as its agent or data processor. To request access, correction, amendment or deletion of your Personal Information, you should contact the company to which it was provided.

Mindspace Training will maintain Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If Mindspace Training decides to change this Policy, Mindspace Training will post the changes on this page so our customers and/or their employees, applicants and users are aware of what Personal Information Mindspace Training processes, how Mindspace Training uses it, and under what circumstances, if any, Mindspace Training discloses it.

If at any point Mindspace Training decide to retain or use Personal Information in a different manner, Mindspace Training will notify its customers by way of email or by posting a notice on Mindspace Training’s website. In such an event, customers of Mindspace Training are responsible for informing their users and presenting them with the option to choose whether or not they will permit Mindspace Training to use their Personal Information in this revised manner.
