The Predictive 6-Factor Resilience Model is a validated psychometric questionnaire.

The PR6 model and skills-building approaches are used in research at various universities (including Harvard, University of San Francisco. Northwestern Uni, Boise State Uni, Northeastern Uni, Boston University, Coventry Uni, UNSW, and more). Over 500 clinicians and mental health practitioners also use the PR6 assessment and training in their practices as a validated approach.

The PR6 can give you insight into current individual, team, and business-wide psychological health, as well as current risk level by predicting future risk of mental illness within teams and the organisation.

Resilience is a culture

Through the 3-minute Predictive 6 Factor Resilience Model (PR6) assessment, we can identify trends within teams and leadership, highlight areas for improvement and nurture existing strengths.  

We can assess whole organisations, teams, or individuals to identify these trends, including the trajectory of mental wellness for the individual or team if there were to be no intervention.

What happens after the assessment?

After assessment, individuals will have the option to continue on with our Resilience App. A program will be tailored within the app specifically for the individual, based on their PR6 assessment results.

People can expect to see up to a 52% improvement in resilience scores in 180 days. Those who reach a protective level of resilience can also see a decline in depression and anxiety symptoms as well as less likelihood of becoming mentally unwell when challenges arise. Individuals and teams will have the option to access coaching with a qualified Resilience Coach.

Ongoing research and peer-reviewed validation of the model and resilience training program have established the PR6 as a leading model and program with clinical effectiveness in building resilience as a proactive approach for mental health.

Within the workplace, the PR6 can tell you the current mental health risk within your organisation. We are able to produce multiple reports of varying teams, as well as for individuals. 

Employees complete the PR6 assessment via the Driven Resilience App. It only takes 3 minutes to complete. This gives the employee and us a full report and from there we can tailor team and whole-business reports on the psychological health of the workplace.

The PR6 will give individuals a score on each of the 6 domains of resilience, as well as give a ‘momentum score’, predicting if your mental health is expected to decline or improve in the future without any intervention or changes. It measures both mental and physical factors that make up a persons resilience.

These results can also be given at a team or organisational level, and we can custom create reports as needed
