We are located in Newcastle, NSW, Australia, although we travel all over Australia for courses. We also offer online-based coaching/courses for those who prefer this method, or who are located overseas. All of our courses are internationally recognised.

Our resilience app is available worldwide.

We are able to accept card payments securely via Stripe, as well as Paypal and Afterpay. 

We are also able to invoice directly and accept bank transfer.

All in-person attendees will receive their course materials on the day. For online participants, your course materials will be posted soon after you register. If you do not receive your materials 5 business days after signing up, please email us at


If we cancel a course for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

If you are unable to attend a workshop, you will have the option to convert to the next online course or move to a future course for a $50 transfer fee. Notice must be received at least seven business days before the first day of training. There are no refunds available for change of mind circumstances.

You may transfer your course attendance to another participant if you contact us at at least seven business days prior to the first workshop date, provided that you have not started with the online training material. You will be required to send back any training materials via registered post at your own expense.

Coaching and Assessment

If we cancel a session for any reason, a full refund will be provided, or an option to reschedule given.
Coaching or assessment sessions may be rescheduled with at least 2 business days notice – please email to facilitate this.
Cancellation or reschedules within 24-48 hours of your appointment will incur 50% of the appointment fee.
Cancellation or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur the full appointment fee.

We are committed to session planning and service delivery, and this is not possible with late notice bookings or cancellations. 

It’s not possible to fill a session within 48 hours due to the preparation needed.

We are a small business, not a government agency, and want to ensure our coaches are getting paid for their time.

We also want to ensure everyone can access the services they need in a timely manner (including you!)
