Why Preventative Mental Health?

However, it doesn’t have to be this way. With some knowledge and brain training, we can give you the keys to ensuring you are feeling in control, no matter what comes your way.

By increasing your resilience score (yes, we can measure your resilience level) will allow you to feel in control, self-regulate, minimise physical stress responses, and significantly reduce your risk of developing mental illness. 

Only 1 out of 10 people currently have a resilience score that protects against mental illness. For the rest of us, building resilience is key to our long-term health and well-being.
